The Art of Awareness
Awareness is the most important issue in human life – the person who is aware of himself is the real conqueror of life. The one who has awareness in every moment of life lives his life how he wants and does not regret even a moment. For this, awareness needs to be enhanced and deepened.The program of The Art of Awareness covers 8 practices over a period of 1 month.
The aim of the Program:
The program is composed of eight practices and is completed in 1 month. In every practice, a briefing which introduces a new viewpoint of awareness will be given and a practical application will be done afterwards.
1st Practice: Awareness is to stay silent and be an observer.
2nd Practice: The first step in developing awareness is to leave the past and stay ahead.
3rd Practice: Question life – your awareness will improve
4th Practice: When your awareness rises, you naturally give up all negative actions
5th Practice: Awareness is the ability to monitor. When man is aware of his actions, thoughts, and emotions, the pain leaves his life.
6th Practice: The development of awareness brings an end to mistakes.
7th Practice: When man is aware of himself, he begins to feel the happiness that comes from his essence.
8th Practice: In order to improve awareness, you must bring universal wisdom to your life.
