The Content of the Program
The program is composed of eight practices and is completed in 1 month. In every practice, a briefing which introduces a new viewpoint of the concept of ego will be given, and a practical application will be done afterwards.
1st Practice: If you use the ego in the right way, the pains caused by the ego will end.
2nd Practice: You can purify the ego with selfless actions.
3rd Practice: You feed the ego by always saying "me" – give this up.
4th Practice: Give up the actions that you are taking in order to satisfy your ego.
5th Practice: Your ego is always in expectation. Leave expectations, then you will be happy.
6th Practice: All perceptions and evaluations of the ego are temporary – do not stick to them.
7th Practice: Challenge your ego and overcome it.
8th Practice: The ego keeps man in illusion. You can reach the truth by leaving the ego.
The Things You will Gain from the Program
When the program consisting of eight practices is completed:
