Practical workouts and Interactive Conversation
In the month of November, we will hold our Awareness Festival at Ramada Resort Thermal & Spa Kazdaglari where the clear waters of Aegean See and the thermal waters of Gure region meets with the oxygen rich, gorgeous nature of the Mount Ida.
This Festival which includes 8 different workouts and an interactive conversation is perfect to renew your life and spend your time in full of peace and energy.
For everyone who wants to experience this unique event, which integrates the inner and outer worlds and leads to ascension, there will be 4 special workouts consisting of unique techniques applied for purification and activation of 4 energy centres. Also, there will be Interactive Interview - Answers to All Questions, The Art of Anger Transformation, The Art of Overcoming Fear, The Art of Stress Management, The Art of Freeing from Depression techniques in the Festival.
